When tasked with evangelizing the existing fanbase through a "CAN'T MISS" experience, we turned Westworld into a real, living place for three days at SXSW. At our recreated town of Sweetwater, our visitors were taken through an authentic, entirely in-world story as a Westworld guest––which grew more immersive as our 444-page script developed. With free range to roam our 90,000 sq. ft. of space in search of Season 2 clues, no two consumers received the same experience at SXSWestworld.
At a conference known for the latest technologies, it was the emphasis on tangible human experiences that made SXSWestworld the hottest ticket in town, with some touting it as "one of the best publicity stunts of the 21st century.”

HBO partnered with the American Red Cross to ask Game of Thrones fans to pledge their honor to the throne. Leading into the eighth and final season, we asked them to join a real fight for life, to give their blood so that others might live: to Bleed for the Throne.
We launched this global initiative with an immersive blood drive in the heart of Austin, TX at SXSW. Donors lined up to give their blood for the cause, then walked through an experience featuring recreated moments from the show, where their favorite characters also bled. Finally, they were led before the Iron Throne, where a choir sang and an orchestra played to honor their sacrifice. As each donor was called by name, they knelt, and then made their way into an interactive war camp to join the ranks of those who fight for the living.

Synchrony Bank partnered with Marvel to create the “Save like a Hero” campaign for the newest film ‘Spiderman: Into the Spiderverse.” We brought this animated world to downtown Brooklyn, NY by creating an AI-focused event where fans could shoot webs via their cell phones to Synchrony Bank moneybags for a chance to win $1,000 in a Synchrony savings account.
